This place was luxury and the staff was hard-working and excellent. I booked a double room with a TV, a hair dryer, and a sofa set. The location was perfect and lovely, in-the sea in warmer with easy access to a supermarket and shops. I found Legends Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. Food in the Irish bar was great! I enjoyed the hotel!
The hotel staff was very rude.

Booked a neat and huge room with a separate bedroom, bath and shower, for instance. Great and unbeatable location very close to shops, a supermarket, and centre of Puerto de Santiago in a very relaxing area. Again, not far from Callao Chico.

Greatly enjoyed our trip here and would come here again. The room was kept clean and available with a balcony or terrace, terrace, for instance. All of the staff were great.

Excellent staff and the place was fairly clean. The room was new-fashioned and neat with the large balcony's, TV separate bedroom, for instance, we felt like at home. The breakfast choices were good.

The breakfast was satisfactory with nice view and attention to detail. The location was perfect and lovely, not very far from Arena Beach. There was a GOOD restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Appreciated the room on 3 levels, my bed was very comfy. The location was good and brilliant for me, to centre of Puerto de Santiago. Moreover, it was next to the restaurant, all bars, restaurants and beach and the beach and the shops and bus stop.
